Photovac introduces FirstFID software for wireless communication with the MicroFID II.

The MicroFID II represents the newest generation in flame ionization detection with integral Bluetooth wireless technology to quickly send data measurements to a handheld computer or mobile phone.

The FirstFID software quickly and easily enables connection of the MicroFID II signal for real-time readings on the handheld computer. With the MicroFID II in a backpack,  the technician can make free use of the sampling wand and the handheld device. The FirstFID can also restart the flame from the handheld computer if flameout occurs.
